Every Tuesday we get together as pastoral and admin staff and talk about too much stuff. Its usually about business, the coming church services, but there are times when we pray for each other. The meetings last 3 hours (on average) each week and today was my last one. I walked into the meeting room and there was an Edible Arrangement waiting for me. Leslie (office manager) bought it instead of a cake and it was so yummy.
I won't miss the 3 hour meetings but there are a few people I'll miss seeing and chatting to each week.
