Today we decided to make some Christmas treats. Its a simple treat to make and the kids enjoyed doing it.
All that is needed is a bag of square pretzels, Hershey kisses and 'holiday' M&Ms. I guess you can do it with other colors for a theme'd party (like orange for Halloween, pink or blue for a baby shower, red for Valentine's Day, etc.)
The kids peeled the kisses and placed them on top of the pretzels which were then placed into the oven at 200F until the kisses got shiny.
Once out of the oven, the boys carefully placed an M&M on top of 'the mountain' and gently pushed the M&M into the kiss. We put them into the fridge to cool and the kids ate a handful each as soon as they were ready. The nice thing about them is they are salty and sweet so they are very more-ish!
