We had some potatoes on hand so Jordan cut them up, dried them on a paper towel and prepared for deep frying.
I'm always nervous around deep frying or boiling oil and so I laid down the rules and threatened Jordan with 4th degree burns and limb amputations if he tried to do anything crazy around the oil. I needn't have worried. He's very respectful of the stove and working with anything hot.
Fries anyone? (They were good too!)
