While I went to a baby shower and then to see an old friend from my Travelport days (who now owns her own hair salon after being laid-off the same time as me), Warren took the boys to the batting cages to hit a few baseballs and then to the Denver Zoo.
The day was very hot and there wasn't much of a breeze so the boys really felt it while walking around. Lunch consisted of healthy foods like pizzas, fries and enchiladas. Of course they had to have cotton candy which is a staple food at the zoo.
I missed spending the day with them but I'm glad they had some 'boy time' together.
