Charlie had organized for Mom & Dad to stay at a B&B close to Charlie's house so that they wouldn't have to commute. After the spa, Dad took Mom to the B&B they were staying at to have a nap and to freshen up. The rest of us went back to Charlie's house. Paul and the boys had arrived by then and we spent some time catching up. Paul started on his famous lasagna dish while the rest of us got busy with preparing for the meal.
Mom & Dad arrived later and we eventually sat down to a wonderful meal. Mom had all her chickens around her and she was in her element. It was a special night.
